Barry Donohue - Owner/Head Coach

Our Head Coach has over 15 years experience in coaching clients across a range of sports and goals. A champion powerlifter himself, Barry lives and breathes strength and fitness and has transferred this passion into his business.

In his capacity as Head Coach, Barry assumes leadership of a team comprising highly skilled coaches, collectively committed to delivering top-tier small group personal training experiences that set industry standards.

Colm McEneaney

Colm joined the team in 2021 and has since become our Head of Programming.

Colm is an integral part of the gym, showing incredible passion for helping his clients and getting the best from each member.

Colm is a keen athlete and is constantly pushing his own boundaries of what his body and mind can achieve.

Abi Carolan

Abi is the newest member of the team, having joined in 2024 and is very keen to increase her coaching knowledge to get the best out of both herself and her clients.

Beyond her commitment to empowering others, Abi is no stranger to personal challenges. She consistently pushes her own boundaries by competing in GAA, Hyrox and ATHX.

Rachel Donohue

Rachel is our Head of Operations and is responsible for making sure that everything runs smoothly under our roof and keeps the whole machine ticking.

Mrs D is also an active competitor having competed in powerlifting, bodybuilding, ATHX and Hyrox.

Matty Nagle

Matty joined the team in late 2024 as our dedicated in-house nutritionist.

Looking after all the nutritional needs of each member, Matty is always on hand to help our clients thrive and chase their individuals goals.

When are the sessions?

We have sessions available every weekday at: 6.00am, 7.00am, 8.00am, 9.00am, 5.00pm, 6.00pm & 8.00pmSaturday mornings at 8.00am, 9.00am and 10.00am. You can come to whichever three sessions suit you best each week.

when does it start?

Once you've completed payment and attended an introductory consultation session you can start the program right away.

what if i have niggles and/or injuries?

In most cases we are able to personalise your training to work around and often even improve long-standing issues. We’re not manual therapists, but we do work closely with other local businesses who are. We also strive to go the extra mile and liaise with any trusted physiotherapists/chiropractors etc that you already see. We work to ensure that all parties are on the same page; to get you fit, strong and stable.

what if i'm not fit enough?

We’re here to help you improve your fitness – you don’t need to prove yourself ‘fit enough’ to walk through the door. Our training programs cater to all fitness levels. Sure we have some super fit members training with us, but they’ve all been through their own journey and we’ve built a gym culture that is supportive and encouraging, not intimidating or ego-driven. Be rest assured that we will personalise your sessions where needed so you always get just the right push.

am i tied into a contract?

No - the payment for the challenge is a one off. No joining fees, no subscriptions and no additional costs.

what happens after the 6 week kickstart?

It’s completely your choice. We have a range of memberships available after the kickstart period which we will discuss with you during the trial period. Or if you don't choose to join, we will be sad to see you go but part as friends and there are no hard feelings.
